WSPP Member Roles

Effective: December 20, 2008

In order to conduct the business affairs of the Organization, the following WSPP roles are available to WSPP member company representatives:

Executive Committee Member:

The representative designated by the respective member company who is authorized to act on its company's behalf with respect to voting and other activities of the Executive Committee. Each WSPP Party may designate only one Executive Committee Member.

Executive Committee Alternate:

The representative designated by the respective member company who is authorized to act in the absence of the designated Executive Committee Member. Each WSPP Party may designate only one Executive Committee Alternate.

Operating Committee Member:

The representative designated by the respective member company who is authorized to act on its company's behalf with respect to voting and other activities of the Operating Committee. Each WSPP Party may designate only one Operating Committee Member.

Operating Committee Alternate:

The representative designated by the respective member company who is authorized to act in the absence of the designated Operating Committee Member. Each WSPP Party may designate only one Operating Committee Alternate.

Contract Sub-Committee Representative:

The representative(s) designated by the respective member company who is actively involved in and/or monitoring the activities of the Contract Sub-Committee. Representation on the Contract Sub-Committee is not limited except by practicality.

Generation Poster:

The representative(s) designated by the respective member company who, absent another WSPP role, is authorized to post generation availability data for that company to meet FERC requirements. Representation as a Generation Poster is not limited except by practicality.
