Mediator Details

Arnie Podgorsky, a Shareholder in Wright & Talisman, P.C., and counsel to the WSPP, has approximately 30 years of experience in litigation and transactional matters, including 12 years in the electric energy industry.  His litigation practice includes extensive experience in mediated matters and recently included the defense of a $180 million claim arising from a 2001 forward electricity contract.  Mr. Podgorsky advises clients in the drafting and negotiation of energy contracts, transactional and regulatory matters, coordination agreements among RTOs, project finance, bulk energy markets, and credit and bankruptcy.  Mr. Podgorsky served as an arbitrator of claims against the trust fund established to settle a well known product liability case.
