WSPP will be holding its Fall Operating Committee meeting Monday, October 28th through Wednesday, October 30th, 2024 in the heart of historic Santa Fe, New Mexico! Hosted by National Renewable Solutions, the conference venue will be the La Fonda on the Plaza Hotel where guest rooms feature authentic New Mexican craftsmanship with hand-painted headboards, handcrafted furnishings and original artwork. Overflow accommodations will be provided at the immediately adjacent Inn and Spa at Loretto. The WSPP Officers are currently working to put together an interesting and meaningful program which will address the industry's hot button topics. WSPP's Fall conference will provide you the perfect opportunity to gather with your colleagues while you experience the Southwest at its best. WSPP has arranged for a discounted room block, available only to those who have registered to attend the conference. Discounted (basic) room rates are $279/night ($339 Deluxe, $379 Suite) plus taxes of 15.8%. Self-parking will be available for $20/day ($30/day valet). Registration for the discounted room block will become available at the time meeting registration is launched (estimated to be the first week in September).
Santa Fe is conveniently located just 68 miles North of Albuquerque on I-25. Hourly shuttle vans provide service between Albuquerque International Airport and Santa Fe hotels for approx. $46 + tax + tip. Limited daily flights are available into Santa Fe from Phoenix, Dallas or Denver on United or American Airlines.
